A Yemeni firm that stayed, and kept measuring.
5 Lines Consulting was founded in Taiz by an evaluator who has worked through Yemen's conflict from inside the country. The firm exists to give decision-makers evidence they can trust, and to give Yemeni institutions the tools to produce their own.
Founder
Anis Noaman
Founder and Executive Director. Anis has spent more than a decade leading monitoring, evaluation, third-party monitoring and research in Yemen for international donors, UN agencies and international NGOs — designing tools, training and supervising field teams, and coordinating monitoring across the country's governorates. He holds a master's degree from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom and works in Arabic and English.
The team
A core team in Taiz and Lahj, and a network across Yemen.
Researchers, evaluators, data analysts, enumerator supervisors and engineers, joined by a vetted network of local researchers in the governorates and Arabic-language specialists for AI data work. Every team member signs our code of conduct, data-protection and safeguarding commitments.
